Carbon Property was formed in response to the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2002/91/EC, which now requires EPCs to be produced for all commercial property being built, sold or let in England and Wales.

The aim is to provide a fast, reliable and economical service and our clients can be confident that they receive an accurate, courteous and professional response.  Primarily focusing our efforts on the provision of EPCs in the Thames Valley area we are able to ensure we achieve our goal.

We are 'Stroma' accredited who have extensive experience in energy assessment, assessor training and accreditation and the provision of renewable energy systems. They are approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG), who undertake regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all assessments undertaken meet the high standard required.

Although based in Reading, Berkshire and focusing our efforts in the Thames Valley we are able to consider enquiries from other areas of England in certain circumstances.

Oliver Hicks BSc (Hons), Dip NDEA – Energy Assessor

After gaining a BSc in Environmental Science Oliver spent four years as a Land Manager for a residential property developer.  After a short break he re-trained as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor and is now accredited with Stroma to assess the energy performance of commercial buildings.
